This valve that was hidden behind a concealed cistern was leaking and had started to drip through the hall way ceiling.
this type of valve shouldn't have been used, so I've replaced it with the correct type.
New valve and pipework to remove compression elbow, and stop the leak!!
Old Radiator replaced with a nice new towel rail.
This floor had rotted due to a minor leak that wasn't dealt with and has cost significantly more to now repair.
